CCC Private Equity ("CPE") focuses on growth capital and buyout transactions involving late-stage, resource efficiency companies operating across the energy, industrial and environmental sectors.
CPE currently manages its first fund, CPE I, a €200 million (m) private equity fund raised in 2007 and backed by world class institutional investors such as AlpInvest, HSBC, Robeco and USS.
CPE has built a strong investment team with 100+ years experience from top-tier private equity firms and senior-level contacts across the energy, industrial and environmental sectors; the team is made up of five nationalities fluent in seven European languages.
CPE has to-date closed more than 70 transactions ranging from venture capital investments through to large-cap leveraged MBOs, have sat on the boards of 60+ companies, and achieved more than 50+ successful trade sales and IPOs.
