Green Delta Capital Limited (GDCL) has been formed with the vision to provide one-stop investment banking services in Bangladesh. Hence the company focuses on offering services pertaining to strategic advisory, raising debt & capital and delivering risk management solutions to its corporate & retail clients. With the aim of providing financial solutions for institutional clients/investors on fee-based services, GDCL is engaged in a wide array of activities that include Structured Finance, Equity Origination, Corporate Advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions, Venture Capital, Mezzanine Financing and Portfolio Management.

The company has also invested heavily to set up a department for providing a unique set of Wealth Management services for individual investors. For this purpose, GDCL has procured Portfolio Management System software from a world-renowned multinational IT company for the first time in Bangladesh.
