IngredientWerks is a pioneering company focused on enhancing the natural protein capacity in plants to design and produce customized ingredients for the alternative protein market. The company leverages broad acre crops like corn as manufacturing hosts, eliminating the need for expensive scale-up technologies such as fermentation bioreactors. This approach allows for more sustainable and cost-effective production of food and feed.
