Tioga Capital, LLC ("Tioga") is a privately held, multi-strategy real estate and credit investment firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. Tioga directly invests in a broad range of real estate debt and equity investments across the United States. Debt and equity investments may include first mortgages, mezzanine debt, B-notes, preferred equity, joint ventures and standalone equity ownership. Investments are made across a broad range of real estate assets, including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, condominium/residential, assisted-living, self-storage and land.
